Your description about a "locking spray diverter" is unclear. If I set it to spray, then turn off the water and turn it back on, will it remain on spray or will it revert to stream? And vice versa... if I set it to "stream" will it stay that way until I change it back? This is a deal breaker for me, I can't constantly be fighting my faucet... whatever I set it to, it should stay that way until I change it!

Na danke :( Ich weiß jetzt warum meine Armaturen beschädigt sind und trotz langem Putzen immer noch so aussehen, als hätten sie Wassertropfen. Ich habe mit Essigsäure geputzt.. so schade. :/ Haben Sie denn einen Tipp, wie die Armaturen wieder wie neu aussehen können? Sie sind erst ein Jahr alt.. Zitronensäure konnte nicht mehr helfen..
Das ist super schade. Essigsäure ist grundsätzlich viel aggressiver als die von uns empfohlene Zitronensäure.
@@hansgrohe Leider habe ich Ihr Video zu spät angeschaut, zumindest kenne ich aber jetzt die Ursache. Die Armaturen habe ich zwei Wochen, nachdem wir sie gekauft und angebracht haben, schon beschädigt. Sind sie denn nicht mehr zu retten? Würde Edelstahlpolitur helfen, oder mache ich sie damit noch kaputter?

@@hansgrohe vielen Dank, es ist nicht mehr notwendig. Ich habe tatsächlich die Armaturen mit der günstigsten Edelstahlpolitur, die ich im Netz gefunden hab, poliert und jetzt strahlen sie wie neu!! Wir waren kurz davor, sie auszutauschen. Lg

Really really hope you can help. The plumber I used didn’t have the green part in deep enough. The screw holes will literally be flush with the tile. Do you think I will be able to mount the cover flush still? Thank you so much for any advice.

Was für eine absolute Fehlkonstruktion. Nach einem Jahr sitzt die kleine Madenschraube so festgebacken vom Kalk, dass man sie nicht mehr rausbekommt und vorher den Sechskant rund macht bevor sie sich löst.

The stick is fused and will not come off. Hansgrohe is good with sending replacements but does not acknowledge that it takes considerable time to replace the parts for poorly designed equipment. Seems to all about style than substance,

Hi, I see a few comments that the joystick is stuck. Kindly note that some models, e.g. The Citterio 110 has a screw fixing the joystick. This screw is located at the bottom rear of the stick. Take care xx.

Gibt es solch ein Video zu hansgrohe Crometta S 240 ? Diese ist zwar von oben solide verschraubt, hat aber auf der Unterseite keine Luftdüse o.ä. Selbst nach Lösen aller Schrauben der Oberseite ist nicht zu erkennen, wie sich der Duschkopf zerlegen liesse.
